Acceptance of Terms. By using https://cortescontractingservicessanjuan.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Cortes Contracting Services markets and arranges Crane Rental Service, Heavy Lift Crane, Industrial Crane Operator, Mobile Crane Service, Billboard Installation, Billboard Removal Service, Outdoor Billboard Setup, Sign Structure Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Cortes Contracting Services or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Cortes Contracting Services does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Cortes Contracting Services arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Cortes Contracting Services from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.
Term Changes. Cortes Contracting Services may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
